Grant Highlights
The purpose of the grant is to provide workforce training to new employees entering the construction industry. Qualified New Hires who have completed the CEFA application for training prior to employment will be free of charge or provided a 50% discount.
Matching Provision; If a contractor matches an existing employee or current student with each CEFA qualified new hire the employer receives a buy-one-get-one free discount on training cost. If a contractor enrolls only CEFA qualified new hires the cost to participate is 50% of the regular tuition charge. More...
